Film title involving two sisters

I saw a film involving two sisters seperated when they were young. One became rich and one stayed poor. When they meet years later the rich one invites the poor one onto her yacht and it explodes. The rich one dies and the poor one decides to take her place. Anyone remember it?  It has the song "Im so excited" playing on the yacht when it blew up if that helps??

I not sure if this is the same thing but I remember a film called 'deceptions' starring Stephanie Powers. I remember them swopping places and the poorer one dying. Hope this has helped!

The Parent Trap? A version was rereleased a few years ago but the original is years old.

Yes, racheltje is correct. It was Stefanie Powers in the 1985 TV film "Deceptions".
