Skaters fees

Do you think that the professional skaters in Dancing on Ice get the same money by contract whether they are voted off first or last. Apart from the prestige of continuing, the ones who are voted off first are the lucky ones, no more work or practising to do!

I imagine they get a standard fee, regardless of whether they last the whole series or not, but who knows!

I wish Todd Carty would be voted off, he should have gone the first week!

Do you think he should "do the decent thing" and retire?
I know he's good comedy value, but the other skaters must really be riled that he is kept in when better skaters are voted out.

Todd will probably go on for another couple of weeks yet, but I think the British public will see sense and vote him off before he has chance to skate in the finals. It has always been the same, some personalities are liked, some not. Remember how absolutely great Bonnie Langford could skate, with the headbangers etc, but the British public were not behind her, so off she went although she was easily the most talented skater in that series.
