Why do they persist with Richard Bacon?! He is terrible when filling in for Tim. He is Condescending, arrogant and very sarcastic. He constantly talks over guests and co-presenters and is sometimes just down right rude! Why can they not use a different replacement, like they do when the other presenters are off. Sorry for the rant, it he ruins the whole show for me.

I miss the banter between Tim & Simon, Richard is not really 'one of the lads' - but, he is quick witted and very astute. He got the measure of Connie Fisher touting for jobs all the time. She is so annoying and tries to be such a prima donna - but one has to have talent & charisma to carry that off and sadly she has neither.
Looking forward to Tim's return, but happy for Richard to drop in occasionally.

I much prefer Richard Bacon to Tim "Everyone Laugh At My Jokes Even If They Arn't Funny" Lovejoy.
Has anyone else noticed that Tim mysteriously isn't on the show whenever a comedian is a guest? I don't think he likes appearing and getting upstaged when there is someone more funnier than him.
