does any1 remember a kids tv show, i think it was on CITV in the early nineties, it had a witch called t-bag and a boy called t-shirt?

Yeah, I used to love that there was a girl in it two and each episode she would have to solve some sort of puzzel I think I can remember her collecting clues and putting them in her handbag and T-bag used to spy on her and sent t-shirt try and stop her doing whatever it was she was trying to do.
