Armstrong & Miller unfunny
5 Answers
is it just me or are Armstrong & Miller utterly unfunny - which is just one step above Jam & Jerusalem and anything else involving French & Saunders. Those pilots speaking street lingo have been done to death, and I didn't even smile through the entire 30 minutes tonight. There must be more talented comedians more deserving of a BBC1 series surely.

I actually think they\'re quite funny people but they\'re sketch show is pretty awful - only a couple of vaguley amusing jokes in the whole thing. Then again there have been few truly hillarious sketch shows of recent years. \'That Mitchell and Webb Look\' would probably be my favourite but there radio stuff is much cleverer and funnier.
Rhod Gilbert is indeed a very funny man who\'s finallly breaking through to the mainstream much like Michael Mcintyre did a year or two ago. That said I don\'t think his comedy would translate to a sketch show format.
As for the mater of BBC3, whilst i don\'t tend to watch it as there is an awful lot of plop i think it\'s great that the BBC are providing up and coming comediens with a place to display there work (be it brilliant or otherwise).
