I've heard a rumour that Ray Langton is coming back to Coronation St, any ideas ?

I read that Ken proposes to Deidre and they decide to get married and Ray Langton turns up at the wedding. Apparently this all happens in the new year.

It's possible that the character will return, played by a different actor. the original 'Ray', actor Neville Buswell who played the character from 1966 to 1978 decided to leave for a fresh start in America. After training as a croupier, Neville became a bank manager, and apparently has no plans to return to the UK

..the original actor who played him is coming back to play ray langton, he turns up at deirdrees doorstep just as she is leaving to get wed...he has a fatal heart attack and deirdree has to stay and sort things out while ken waits at the registry office and presumes that shes had second thoughts...
