Having watched all the ice skating from Vancouver, I was looking forward to the end-of-contest Gala.

According to the BBC website it is only being broadcast (early on Sunday morning) on the Red Button service if you have satellite or cable, which I don't. Unlike the rest of the skating, it is not being broadcast on the Freeview Red Button service.

Does anyone know if it will be broadcast on "proper" television at any time? I would so love to see it, but no-one I know has the relevant service.

I haven't seen one for years - as I don't have satelite tv :(
eurosport 521 HD: where we watch it we do not like the commentary very much. We like Simon Reed But he has a new partner in crime "Someone Hanratty) who always smiling and to clinical. We miss Chris Howeth
There you go Why there so many scottish experts on the commentary teams They must queuing up :)

The Ice skating from Paris was abysmal. We joked they were all doing a Joanna Conway Had falling over disease . Even the commentary team made this suggestion and to many clinical suggestions why they were for our liking. We are die hard fans really

You know what killing some sports is The TV. You have the best seat in the auditorium . The loo is near you can put the kettle on in the adverts. Why would you want to go to these events I wonder sometimes.
