...do the new Mastercard advert "thanking Neville" ? It's so naff! How much do you reckon she got paid?

Just seen it for the first time myself, made me cringe with embarrassment and yes will make most people think she's desperate

I think I'd rather do a voiceover - less cringeworthy if the advert's cr@p! Stephen Fry must make a fortune - he's the archdeacon of voiceovers!

I know it's mean but Bonnie always was odd looking even when young, the focus of the ad now will be more on what she looks like these days than any advantages of mastercard. Apart from her the whole balloons, petals falling (was it?) and fireworks looked so cheap and amateurish - maybe it's supposed to be and I'm missing the point.

If it was meant to be ironic I'm afraid I missed the irony. I think it's just plain cheesy - and all that fuss over two bags of groceries!
