The One Show BBC1?

Anyone know if there is anywhere online where i could find "The One Show" on BBC 1 when it had Lionel Richie on it? it was on about 7 months ago maybe less. Cheers for any help in finding the half an hour show.

Thanks Looby, to be honest it was nothing to do with Lionel, it was to do with the Dangers of taking steroids but the subject happened to be on the show that he was guest on lol, cant find the show via blink but nice site an thanks for letting me know about it Looby, i shall continue my search. cheers Hun xxx

Thanks for that Boxtops, that is the show but sadly no footage on it regarding the Steroid abuse, or am i missing the link? if so could you please post the link, i wud be very greatful, cheers Kev
