Who are "the Welsh couple"?  Do you mean Neil and Glenys Kinnock?  There are 2,800,000 people in Wales, so ther must be hundreds of thousands of Welsh couples.  You need to specify which couple you are talking about.

I don't know how many Welsh couples "were featured in a programme called A PLACE IN SPAIN", because I've never heard of a programme called "A Place in Spain".
