I saw Creep at the cinema last week, thats pretty sick.  I think asking what is the scariest horror film is a little vague though....my mum gets scared watching Eastenders sometimes.

This all depends on what you mean by scary? Do you mean psychological, or visual? Or some other sort of 'scariness'
