Indian films

An English term for epic  ( Hollywood style ) Indian films.

The Americans have Hollywood, we have Pinewood, India has Bollywood.

Further to the above correct answer, a majority of Indian films in the Hindi/Urdu language are made in Bombay hence the term Bollywood.....using the letter B. However now that Bombay has reverted to its precolonial name Mumbai....there is a clamour to rename the film industry Mollywood.
