SOFTWARE PICTURE HELP

Square bear hope you can help the picture I am trying to use is cover of a book by Kristine Kathryne Rusch Called Sins Of the blood the picture is found on google Images. I wish to use the picture for a t shirt but do not want the text only the vampires face. any one out there can help me or tell me where I may be able to get the software from to doctor the picture.

Do you have a link to it? I put that lot into google images and just got a random page of pictures.

That image has far too low a resolution to be much good as a T-shirt image:

It would be possible to get rid of the text by using the clone stamp in Photoshop but it would be a fiddly and time-consuming job. If you want to give it a try (but you've not got access to Photoshop), GIMP can do the same thing:
