does anyone remember that kids tv programme in the early 90s about the boy who went to a private school but was this amazing clown on the weekend, he rode to school on a unicycle, i think it was based in Bath, i remember the character's name being robert keith, but i can't remember what it was called. help me!!!

thanks guys. you've been a great help, i'm still not sure on the name, didn't he have a girlfriend called kelly? i think she was the bearded lady in the circus where he worked, i'm not sure
