Virgin media V+ box fault

When watching a TV prgram I have recorded on my V+ box while at the same time recording another progam on a different channel, it suddenly decides to reboot itself for no reason. I therefore end up with the progam I have recorded in two parts, cut off in the middle. Anyone else had the same problem?

I always use my Vbox and often watch recordings whilst recording something else. I have never had this problem before. Maybe get Virgin to come and have a look at your box. Is it well ventilated? They need to be as they get hot and this can muck up the hard drive. My boxes sometimes reboot in the mornings, I assume this is a general Virgin thing.
