when i created my ebay, i changed the year of when iwas born because am not 18 (but am nearly 18, 4 months to go) but i need to create a paypal account but the bank know my date of birth. so what do i do.

as i really want to use ebay

No, it's the law, you can't make a legally binding contract until you are 18.

It's there to protect you, and to protect the sellers.

I think you will find this applies to anything you wish to buy on the internet, not only ebay. The younger kids around here give me their money and then I buy it for them using my paypal account. You cannot make a legally binding contract until you are 18. Accept this, and either wait or ask someone to do it for you. Perhaps this will teach you not to put misleading entries on important documents.
