Chrissssssssssssssssss - thank you - haven't read it but know it is great news.
Chris - now a wee bit is out about Sean - and it seems to be said he is just be playing for Radio Foyle - will we able to hear him in Radio Ulster.

Thanks
According to the BBC website, Radio Foyle is available on DAB "to local digital radio listeners across Northern Ireland". So I'd expect you to be able to receive it at your location with a DAB radio.

You might be able to receive it on Medium Wave on 792 kHz but the transmitter in Londonderry is quite low-powered, so I wouldn't like to guarantee it.

If you've got a Freeview TV set then Radio Foyle should be available on Channel 720. (As far as I know, that applies to the whole of Northern Ireland). Freesat viewers should be able to find the station on Channel 717. Sky subscribers can get it through channel 0152.

Radio Foyle is also available online, via this link:

thanks Chris for that answer - I'm ok as I have DAB and also Freeview/Sky. Sister will just use her Freeview but I think that's what she does anyway.

Thank you jennyjoan and Chris. Was away with friends at the weekend and hadn't access to Internet. I rang my husband this morning to tell him when I'd be home and he told me the good news! Am thrilled for Sean. BTW I got a letter back from the Head of Content Production last week acknowledging my complaint and among other things saying, '...hope that he might continue to feature within other parts of our output.'
