iTunes, Podcasts and Problems :(

I've been using iTunes for ages to keep up to date with a couple of podcasts from the BBC

I have just got back from a trip and now none of my podcasts will download

iTunes says

"There was a problem downloading (.....). You do not have enough access privileges for this operation.

Please check the URL is correct and the connection to the network is active"

Well, I can download the directory of each podcasts episodes, so I doubt if I have a network problem (and what on earth does "You do not have enough access privileges for this operation" mean in this context?!?!?!?

I'd be grateful for any suggestions of where to look for a solution

Well, Apple have been a dead loss fixing this so I am still waiting for a Windows-savviy iTunes expert to come gallopimg over the hill

Anyone??
