i watched a film in about 1996/7 about the world cup. it was about sum guy who met a woman (think she was called rose) who predicted some results and spoke to him once through the tv! (she seemed to pause time and just spoke to him through it) it ended when she predicted that england lost 2-1 to Germany and left. the guy went all around looking for her and ended up in a pub with david seaman. Does anyon have any idea what it is?       (i know its a bit of a long-shot)
