Let's see if I have got this right with last nights episode. Alex went to Moscow to make peace, was bamboozled into thinking he had succeeded, Russian Baddie orders his murder but changes his mind at the last moment and aborts the mission when he realizes how much he loves his own daughter. Papi ( Alex's dad) meanwhile has ordered Russian Baddie's daughter's assassination, and she dies. RB is devastated and now all hell is going to break loose. Israeli old guy thinks he has guaranteed Alex's safety. Meanwhile crate loads of drugs have gone missing and the cartel want to be compensated ( where are the goodies ?) have I got it right this week ?

She got shot last week by the assassin who befriended her in the swimming pool. By the Russian Baddie. She lost her baby, but Alex hadn't known she was preggers. Now he does.
Nom - she's still in hospital recovering.
Sam- they accept that that drugs have disappeared but want compensation for the money they lost.

But who knicked the drugs Margo. Such a confusing story, but I love the locations.
It was the old Israeli guy aided by Alex. Thank gawd it's all over next week!! Looks like Alex is in real trouble in Moscow
Question Author
I see Margo, thanks. Yep, they are all in trouble next week. Can't cheat the cartel !
I find it all quite frightening, considering it's supposed to be based in fact
I think what happened was that the "peace negotiations" went ok for Alex, but Kleiman then went back to Vadim and pointed out that the Mexicans who had blackmailed him into signing away his shipping interests in the drug smuggling were still in a position to shaft him and make him (Vadim) look bad to his "competitors". And pointed out that therefore Alex was still an enemy.
Realising (astutely) that Vadim is likely to go back on his word, Alex tries to introduce the Mexican cartel to Vadim, in the hope that getting them on the same side will save his (Alex's) skin.
It isn't clear who was responsible for the killing of Vadim's daughter: it wouldn't have been Alex's dad. But when he appears to realise what has happened to tried to warn Alex that he is in even more danger than before as he flies off to Moscow.
But too late: Alex's phone is already in flight mode ...
I've found it easier to understand by going to this site:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/tv/2018/02/04/mcmafia-episode-seven-tit-for-tat-family-feuds-plus-whose-truce/

Sorry I don't know how to make it interactive but if you copy and paste it, it's all there. Papi didn't organise Vadim's daughter's death, the gunman missed Vadim and got his daughter instead.
Oh, it's gone to pink without me doing anything!
Re that Telegraph synopsis, the reason of course that Alex goes to the Mexicans is to try to propitiate Vadim.
And slimy tho Kleiman is he’s almost an angel compared to the Mexicans.
I rather hope Antonio meets a grisly end next week
Spoiler for Episode 8

So it was Dmitri who order the hit on Vadim after all - I did wonder later. It just seemed such a daft thing to do.
It looks all set up for McMafia 2 ...
Loved this final episode. I was on the edge of my seat. Good ending, although sad, I thought.
