DVD and TV setup
Panasonic DMR-EX773EB (has HDD and DVD), Sony Bravia KDL26 40xx
Got a USA TV series DVD from Amazon UK, who assured me it will play in UK.
The above DVD and TV system will not start the DVD. Error message says TV is not setup to play DVD. I tried it in an old DVD and TV and it plays fine. The above system also plays and records UK DVDs with no problems.
Before I try to get help from someone at Amazon or Panasonic or Sony, I thought I would ask if any of you have any ideas.
The old DVD and small TV are setup in the Dining Room – it's only used when I’m cooking or want to watch the news while eating. The Panasonic is setup in the living room
Thanks for any advice – One thing I don’t want to even consider is to go through a special setup each time I want to play the DVD.
