The World is Black
(The Good Charlotte song) If you haven't heard the song, here are the lyrics:

Turn on channel seven at a quarter to eight, You see the same damn thing it's just a different day And no one really knows why this is happening (but it's happening) And everywhere you go it's just a different place You get the same dark feelings, see the same sad faces And no one really cares that this is happening We come into this world and we are all the same And in that moment there's no one to blame (chorus)| But the world is black and hearts are cold And there's no hope That's what we're told And we can't go back It won't be the same Forever changed By the things we've seen, seen| Living in this place has always been this way There's no one doing nothing so there's nothing changed And I can't live when this world just keeps dying, it's dying People always tell me this is part of the plan That God's got everybody in his hands, But I could only pray that God is listening (is he listening) Living in this world Growing colder every day Nothing can stay perfect now I see |Cause the world is black And hearts are cold And there's no hope That's what we're told And we can't go back It won't be the same Forever changed by the things we've seen, seen |We come into this world And we are all the same And in that moment there's no one to blame But we're living in this world Growing colder every day Nothing can stay perfect now I see |The world is black, and hearts are cold And there's no hope That's what we're told And we can't go back (we can't go back) It won't be the same (it won't be the same) Forever changed (we're forever changed) By the things we've seen, seen Turn on channel 7 at a quarter to eight You see the same damn thing it's just a different And no one really knows why this is happening...

I'm just curious to know your opinions/thoughts/views on this song. Anyone?

I have every right to ask questions concerning Good Charlotte and I asked this question wanting to find out people's opinions of this one particular song, not so you can ruin the whole thread with your hate of an extremely talented and hardworking band, just because they're not to your taste. And anyway I'm still 12, I have the rest of my life to change my musical preferences, so get a life and stop being such a biased jerk.
Firstly, I can barely understand your posts. One or two correctly placed commas and correctly spelled words wouldn't hurt, you know. But aside from that, while you're right that I don't know anything about you, you're contradicting your own logic calling me a "common, wannabe pop princess of rock" (which really made me laugh), you don't know my gender, what kind of music I like besides Good Charlotte, or my personality. (Don't point out that I don't know you either, I already have.) And you're not hurting me, if that's what you think. I'm sticking up for my favourite band because I'm a fan. You got a problem with that, fine. Throw what you want at me, keep filling up my thread with your dumb and childish insults and your screwed up "truth", call me a pop princess of rock, do whatever you can to get the last word, I don't care. Like I've said before, I love Good Charlotte and I'll keep loving it, regardless of what losers like you say about GC and me. Rubber glue back to you, jerk.
Ok, when exactly did this stray from me asking for opinions on this song to you assuming I don't like Led Zeppelin? I won't waste my time listing what music I like just for you. I don't know what "sado-masochistic muscularisms" are and I won't pretend I do, but why are you trying to belittle me just because I'm younger? And yeah, you are childish--arguing on the internet and frequently changing the subject. Look, here's the bottom line: I don't give a damn what you think of me, how smart, great and mature you think you are, or what you think of Good Charlotte. I don't know about you, but I've been pretty tired of this conversation for a while. Now go on and get the last word. I think you want it more than I do.
