I don't like that tweeness that some programmes feel they have to attach to a subject e.g. food that can get along quite well without being overseen by a light-hearted double act. So even though I was loving the misty scenery I switched off.
Norway is lovely .I lived there for a year or so .The programme brought back happy memories for me .Not always wet .Bergen gets a lot of rainfall though Gets quite hot in the south in the summer .
The only problem is it never gets really dark in the summer and never really gets light most of the day in the winter especially the further north you go ..

i just watched it, i have lived in norway and yes it is a beautiful country, the food is amazing and the people are lovely, it is expensive but worth it, the winters are long and cold but the open fire is comforting, in the summer nearly 23 hours of daylight make up for it, you feel so energised when really you should be sleeping. i have had many wonderful times there and cant wait to return, watching the program made me miss it so much. check on Ryan air they do cheep flights over there 13 quid each way from manchester to oslo!!! bargin. it is some where you have to visit at least once in your life!!! Enjoy!
