Anyone see Hunted?

Talk about overhyped. It was very boring and absurdly over-directed, with most of the lead performances dull and uncharismatic. The fuss that's made about Melissa George. Her stuck-on rubbery-looking pout is bad enough, her acting was even worse. She didn't even look convincing when she was just running.

Po-faced people sitting in darkened rooms and muttering as though everything's of great significance, and of course we have the techie playing around with swishy table-top graphics, the latest TV show or advert to nick from Minority Report.

I decided I wouldn't be sitting through another 7 episodes of this tedium. But I did like the Scottish countryside and that nice cottage.

I watched, and was not very impressed. You could certainly tell that it was made by the makers of Spooks - a pity they stopped making that!

Early days yet. Interesting that someone was killed by a needle through the eyeball....I seem to remember a certain someone having their head fried early on in Spooks. I wonder if they sat down and thought...now how can we kill someone in a way which will be shocking and yet make people want to watch more...kinda like a TV car crash? I will give it one more week but I agree that poutface is somewhat irritating.

it was filmed with that docu drama effect they used on that trevor evedrama with the hostages on the bus, it might be ok, but not quite drawn in yet

As for the show, it was a bit dull. One of those that I'd like to know what happens (especially during the missing year) but would be happy to be told rather than sit through 7 more episodes. I think MG is rather attractive, though.
