my favourite is when he is ordered to tend the wound of a horta (silicon life form) his response "i'm a doctor, not a brick layer"

the holographic doctor, a century later, has been programmed with all the knowledge and experiences of starfleets best doctors - including mccoy .. consequently he uses a mccoy mannerism once or twice - my favourite of those occurs when he is directed to delay the borg from breaking into sickbay. his reply "i'm a doctor, not a door-stop"
