old kids show

Does anyone know of a kids show, proberly from the early 90s that was about a couple of kids that came from the future in a huge diamond/sphere shaped device and they used head bands that could make objects float?

I remember that, wasn't there something (a ball of light type thing) called Choccy (sp?) in it?  I can't for the life of me think what the programme was called thou - that's going to be annoying me for ages now!  Sorry, not much help there.
