Life Is Too Short...

Life its too short ......to stuff a mushroom. As said by one of you recently. (Box tops i think) couldn't agree more, so I bought some in my lunch hour ready stuffed from M&S and have them baking in the oven now.

For me Life is also too short.....to iron bed linen when it can be aired and folded. What about you?

Actually, not only do I iron my bed linen, I use spray starch as well ! And always 100% cotton !

Gosh, given what's been happening around here life's too short for pretty much everything (and it was too short for most things before). Iron, don't iron, etc - whatever floats your boat.

M&S are tasty, the best way to make them yourselves. It's not difficult and rewarding, particularly when your chops go in.

Shelling prawns would be mine and then there is Satan's vegetable, the blessed artichoke. Who invented those, as to peeling?

dust every day (or, indeed, every week)
sort out cupboards until you must
take your blinds down and wash them every month (hint for my MIL)
clean windows until they need it
washing the car (that's what rain is for)

and so on.....
