New HD versions of BBC channels launched today on Freeview and all Satellite platforms.

BBC3, BBC4, BBC News and the two CBBC channels are now available in HD - channels 105, 106, 107, 73, 74 - and very nice they look too.


Yes - I know that the 'HD makes no difference' squad will be along shortly, but trust me if you have more than 32" (ooh, and indeed ouch, matron) the difference is very visible.

... and just think - Victoria Coren in HD - (dave catches assorted swooning male ABers)
