i'm trying to find the name of a song that i heard the other day. the song goes like this "hold on. nothings the same. tell me why i've feel this way". can someone please help me figure this out ?

A google search came up with Ian Thomas for the lyrics...the songs called Hold On....want kind of music was it? I think this guy is a country singer.

Sounds like it could be "Hold On" by Santana from their album 'Shango', one of my fave bands.
