Episodes 17 to 21 air at 4pm on Channel 4 from Monday to Friday next week. Episode 22 is on at the same time on the following Monday and, although the Radio Times website doesn't go beyond there, I'd assume that episodes 23 to 25 (which completes the series) will be shown from Tuesday to Thursday of that week.
