Are you satisfied with the Lineups that festival organizers create?

Music festivals tend to be targeted at a specific audience, so of course if I am not into that type of music, then I won’t be much interested in what is offered.
But there are many festivals to suit many tastes, so there will always be something I like.

I have never been to a festival as a payong customer, but I have had press access to loads in my writing career.

If I was a paying xustomer, i would accept that over a one/two/three day event, not every artist is going to appeak to me, but I am sure there would be enough to make a ticket worth my while.

I also think that a major pleasure of festivals is a chance to see an artist you may not normally have paid to see, and get an idea if you like them or not.

Add to that the chances to see a large number of musicians whose work you are competely unfamliar with, and the entire experience starts to look like a really good use of your time and ticket fee.
