I'm having problems with Sky not downloading stuff drom catch up and on demand. I can still record programmes and use my apps but whenever I try to download something it shows 0% and after abot 30 seconds or so it comes up as download failed.
I've tried resetting my router and router connection but nothing seems to be working. There can't be anything wrong with my Internet as I can still watch Netflix and Prime etc., so I'm thinking maybe it's a problem with Sky. I'll contact them tomorrow morning but is there anything else I can do now?
