May I ask what you thought of the Farm Foods lobster tails? I don't have a FF locally but I'm considering a ride out to the nearest.

I mentioned on GMEB the other day (can't remember which day) that if you were looking in they were thoroughly enjoyable. They're wild Canadian Lobster tails. I smothered ours in garlic butter and roasted them in the oven for 10 minutes. They were lovely with the fillet steak, Café de Paris butter and beef dripping chips
We had the last two last night. :-)
They're worth trying and you haven't lost a fortune if you decide you don't like them.

Just in case anyone is interested, this is the recipe I used for the Café de Paris butter (they're quite variable). It's a lovely recipe and I had all the ingredients in:
