What sort of problem do you get?

If you run a firewall, then make sure that's not stopping the pictures from uploading.

ive only got windows firewall on im get the picture up on browser and then press upload picture the box comes up with uploading picture and thats all that happens the picture never uploads

How big is the picture file? (I mean in megabytes, etc.)
