Linda Lusardi on Emmerdale

The best thing on telly this week is being able to watch the GORGEOUS Linda Lusardi on Emmerdale tomorrow.

Thanks for that, osprey, I must watch it. I'm not male, but form all the things I've read about her over the years and seeing her on TV, I think she's a lovely person and I really admire her. She was great on Brookside all those years ago. She must be following her husband into acting.

Linda has acted for a number of years - less so now as she looks after her children.

I interviewed her during the interval of a performance in her first play - and at the end of the first act, she dropped her dressing-gown to reveal herself in basque and suspenders!

I headed back stage trying to breathe normally - and not making a very good job of it (!) - only to find she had changed for the second act and was wearing a pretty summer dress!

She was utterly charming, and as beautiful then as she is now, a really lovely woman. She invited me out to a restaurant for supper with some of the cast, but like a dutiful husband. I advised i had to bring a take-away home for my wife, who would be waiting for it, and i couldn;t delay for a couple of hours, so i did the right thing ...

When I got home, my wife was fast asleep!!!!!!

I did forgive her ... about five years later!!!

My daughter was picked out of the audience by her to "help" in a panto she was in years ago, (must have been one of her first acting jobs) and she spoke to me very quickly, seemed a lovely lady.

She was also Good in The Bill - played Bill Murray's wife/girlfriend. She was also very lovely on Al Murray's Happy Hour - took all the stick about her "glamour" days like a laydee!!

She looked fabulous last night on Emmerdale. It's hard to believe she's in her late 40s!
