chaos in the chateau?

Did anyone else (stupid question really as obviously i wasnt the only person) watch this series last year The Chateau? So funny this couple were and its back on tonight cant wait!!

No what is this programme and what chanel is it on?

a middle aged couple called Anne and David (shes bossy hes placid) from Essex buy a place in Slovakia, and want to turn it into a Boutique Hotel.
its the trials and tribulations that puts a strain on their marriage not to mention their fiances! They have a camera crew following them around but i imagine they will do a catch-up at the begining if you fancy watching it! doubt you will be disappointed (providing you like this sort of thing)

The original series was called "A Place In Slovakia" and it was on in the afternoons. I guess the second series has gone to primetime partly because the daytime slot is now taken up by Deal Or No Deal.

I have just asked a similar question and yes it is really funny don't miss it - she is a real c"w and he is really put upon by her. Anyway I watched the afternoon series last year but this has a lot more in it -- brilliant.

This is superb -almost reminiscent of Fawlty.....we love it.
I'm certain that if this couples dream goes belly-up they will be offered some other TV slot or series. I don't think they realise just how funny they are! -Not forgetting the waiter who obviously thought he'd done something wrong when he was hustled quickly into a utility room away from the inspector's gaze.
A weekly must-see!
