There was a point in his telephone conversation with her when he referred to being on a crag or something similar and actually mentioned its name. I assumed, rightly or wrongly (who knows with soaps) that after his initial confusion that he had recognised where he was.

its not a silly pointless question, people want to know if they missed part of the programme or if the continuity was wrong
