Did anyone else notice, at the beginning, men with modern army berets, with the black leather edging, they even had badges in them ????. Do the producers think we are all stupid?

Yes 1rovert I noticed that. I thought it looked out of place with the rest of their uniforms. but it is enjoyable enough though.:-D

the list is endless though ie make up, gleaming white teeth, prosthetic faces (!?). i think you are supposed to suspend disbelief as it starts

This programme is a breath of fresh air compared with some of the rubbish around...........and Richard Armitage is the most gorgeous baddie I've seen for years!
