Kids TV program

Hey.

I've got a kids TV program stuck in my head, it's really annyoing and I can't think of the name of it.

Its set in America and the main character is a girl in her teens. She sometimes talks to the "animation" her when she gets stuck on a problem. She has a brother, who's a bit of a weird kid and she has 2 best mates, 1 being a girl and 1 being a boy.

Im sorry for the rough details, I can't think of anything else to explain it.
