I saw this movie 5 years ago. Its about this boy who is handicapped but he plays the piano. I think he was blind too. There's this girl that he falls in love with who is his baby sitter when he's not at home. I remember this scene where he is mad at the girl and he pounds on the piano while sayin he hates Julia?... i think thats the girl's name. There's a scene where he asks her to go out and have pizza with him and also one where he is acting up at home because he thinks that the girl doesn't like him. I think his mom wants the girl to stop seeing him. I think the boys name is Rainbow?...or something like that. well whats the name of this movie?

There was a film starring Cher called Mask It was the girl friend of Cher's son who was blind .This was around 1985 though

But Cher's son didn't play piano and nor was he blind :-)
Think the op may have remembered the facial disfigurements as well
I think I know what film the OP is on about but, not sure about the girls name or the name of the film! lol
