Did anyone see Dale on the lottery show last night ? I didn't see it personally, but have been told he looked quite ill and not like himself at all .... can anyone comment on this? Is Dale ill?

He didn't look too good - but then he was having to put up with the usual idiots whose speciality is in not knowing anything !!

If I hear "That's not my best subject" again, I might throw something at the tv. Why go on a general knowledge program if you know f*** all about anything?

I thought that he looked quite hunched, maybe he's lost weight and didn't look as permatanned as usual. I hope he's not ill - I think that he is usually one of the more entertaining quiz presenters.

Thanks for link - he doesn't look his usual orange self - a bit thinner and his hair makes him look like a convict in my opinion .... think perhaps he is under the weather ..... and agree that contestants most weeks are hopeless .....!!

Aggree with you big dave, they can't answer the simple questions even, I'm glad Elliot won at least he thought the questions over and didn't keep saying 'that's not my best subject 'all the time

Yes BigDave, it must be very difficult for the BBC to continually find contestants with such a lack of knowledge.

I had a look at the link and he loks normal to me, well normal-ish, just as he would look like if he was a normal person i.e. minus the perma-tan, botox and hair transplants / dye.

I think he has had a face lift! Look at his eyes, they are rounder , and no hint of bags, plus he has lost the skin underneath his chin. He would not have been able to go on the sunbed if he had had plastic surgery.

Another phrase that drives me nuts is when contestants say "that's a bit before my time" Surely anyone with good basic general knowledge knows history as well as current affairs?

I saw him on the in t to win it lottery show and instantly noticed how much weight he has lost and the fact that he looked ill , drawn and pasty . I do hope he's ok .
