my itv channels dont show just a little red square

bbc channels ok,signal ok any ideas

Oops - sorry.

Most likely a low/poor signal. BBC and ITV broadcast on different equipment (MUXes). Possible engineering work going on - quite a bit of re-engineering has been going on recently for the launch of ITV3.

What area of the country are you in ? What model of Digibox do you have ? Have you tried retuning/re-searching ? Has it ever received ITV channels ?
