could be season 3 episode 10 called "Blink"

that features weeping angels, the kind of stone angels you get in Graveyards..

NB i wathced this the other night on BBC iplayer thats how i know the series and episode number.. hehe

In my opinion, 'Blink' is the best episode of the 'new era' of Dr Who, brilliant story line.
