Jet stream again.

I looked at the BBC weather site and saw that the jet stream is sandwiched between the cold arctic front and the warmer air from the continent, the more warm air and it pushes the jet stream up, cold air pushes it down.

Does the abnormally low jet stream over the past 3 years mean that Global warming is a myth after all?
As I have said in the past it`s actually getting colder each year.
Forget what the forecasters tell us on TV, my outside thermometers all read at least 5-6 degrees lower than whats forecasted.

this is a localised phenomina. The average temperature over the whole planet is stil rising

I can asure you that Global warming is no myth. Chunks of ice the size of small countries are breaking off the gigantic Antarctic ice floes.

Some pacific islands will be disappearing under water within this century.

The jet stream is not a local phenomina! it runs around the world, also the media tells you the temperature is rising so you believe them?

The temperature where I live at the moment is 15-16 degrees and it`s August! That`s about the same as the past few Augusts, below average.

Don`t believe the forcasters, get a thermometer and take readings for yourself and see how the media over exagerates the temperature for future records.

Global warming theory is a way of making money out of the gulible by making them believe they are the fault of something that`s not really happening.

If there did happen to be chunks of ice breaking off they can tow them to where I live and they will never thaw out!

One last thing, at school in the early 70s we were told by the media that the Brazillian rain forests were being cut down at such a rate that areas the size of Belgium were being deforested per month. Even at such a young age I calculated that Brazil would be barren by 1974, it`s not and they lied.

It is a local phemonium on a world scale, yes it runs around the world but it is quite thin.

I don't believe the media.

I believe the Royal Society, the plank institute, NASA and every major science body that confirms this.

These are not Journalists they are serious professional Scientific bodies and they all agree

If you think you can get a better understanding of atmospheric physics than some of the worlds best scientists with satellite data and the best computer facilities in the world by going outside with a thermometer then you're barking!

But before you ignore me and go away - if you really don't think the earth is getting warmer and that all the proxy measurements are wrong, that the satellite data showing it is wrong and all the land based measurements are wrong you have one more question to answer.
