anyone know anything about spark plugs?

I believe i need to change my spark plugs as the engine seems to be not firing properly when i try accelerating.....I have a fiat punto....does anyone know how i do this and if its easy?

My engine currently has pink coolant in it and I can't find any pink coolant anywhere anymore! Is it true that you cannot mix coolants- or am I being over cautious by worrying about it?

Registration plate with no letters

Yesterday I saw a car with 5 numerals only as its Registration. No letters were appended. The car had no foreign identification plate. I'm puzzled. Anyone suggest an explanation ?
