i think it depends on ho you use your brakes. mine became warped and so ad to be replaced after a short while, this was because of heavy breaking after using the car for a long tme, so basically my discs got hot then i suddenly braked heavily and it ruined them basically. im no sure how long their life expectancy is really to be honest (sorry) but i thought id just say that.lol

I've had three Clios and had problems with the brakes on all of them.

The first time I had a problem with the brakes I took the car into the Renault dealership I'd bought it from and they "repaired" them.  A week later the back brakes fell apart - luckily I wasn't driving fast and both the car and me were unhurt.

Perhaps there's a "problem" with Clio brakes.

i think there is a problem with clio brakes. mine have to be adjusted/replaced every year sometimes twice a year. My car only does 40 miles a day mon - fri, all on a motorway and (usually!) no heavy braking.
