My radio code for my Mazda was the last 4 digits of my chassis number (I think), It's worth a try.

Hi Anna, if you have the original Service Book, (not handbook), it is usually entered in there, failing that a visit to your local Renault dealer, with the V5 logbook in your name, 2 other pieces of ID,i.e a passport and or driving licence,and the dealer can get it from Renault UK for, I think £12.
