peugeot 206 engine keeps cutting out

peugeot 206 1.9 diesel, every couple of days or so the engine cuts out for no apparent reason, if i wait a couple of mins it can be restarted, have changed the air filter, oil and filter and the diesel filter, but still not solved the problem.

Have you checked your Glow Plugs

is the car running true to form or running a bit sluggish
if it is a bit sluggish then check your fuel injectors also check for fuel leaks and tighten any loose nuts and joints on the fuel line
