I was caught on mobile camera 18 months ago doing 76 in a 50, i got the NIP, returned it within the timescale. and 18 months latter still nothing, it should of gone to court.. how long have they got to get me in to court!!!!. Andy

My friend had the same thing but only 12months, and he never went to court. I think the maximum waiting time is 12months, and then after that your safe. Anyway hopefully it doesnt happen mate cos i absolutely hate mobile speed cameras and nearly lost my license to one before. They should all be nuked..

Keep your head down and keep quiet Andy Peaty. It looks like the case has disappeared for whatever reason, but you don't want to rake it up and remind them.
they need to take u to court within 12 months of the date of offence so ur clear. i know cause its happened to me aswell and my lawyer told me to stay quiet at 11 months because he new i would be clear in a further month.
