ford focus brakes

i am living in france and have an american ford focus zts 2002 with a 2.liter ztec engine.i ordered brake shoes from america but forgot to order rear wheel cylinders and spring kits for my mechanic as he won't install just the brake shoes. i need wheel cylinders and a spring kit .the us companies that have them won't ship out of the country. help !!!!!!!
